Correct identification of material

Good material handling is depend upon correct identification of material where to place how to keep how to carry and how  to distribute in production area . Identification of material should be cracked as the cost and frustration of trying to identify enormous material becomes very high.

 Correct package of material

Packaging of materials should be correct and appropriate to ensure the safety of materials easily damaged material required carefully handling and is costly. 

Capacity of equipment

Capacity of equipment should be over and above the handling of material   to make economical

 e for heavy single load and other multiple loads.

Size of load

Always move the largest possible again to avoid multiple handling.

 weight of container

It is more difficult to Tu Mo heaviest loads it should be insured to use light it possible container  Ease of handling .
