The circulation of the refrigerant inside refrigeration system
is called the refrigeration cycle. When the refrigerator circulates in the system,
it undergoes different conditions. The refrigeration cycle mainly consists of
the following four components:
Compressor
Refrigerant control
Evaporator
Condenser
Refrigeration cycle
Compressor
Refrigeration cycle working principle compressor is a very important and first part of
Refrigeration cycle compressor work is to increase the refrigerant pressure
so it can move in in evaporator and condenser low pressure and low temperature
from suction line compressor sucks in it and Convert it too high pressure and higher
temperature ( high pressure super heated vapors) After this send it through discharge
Line to condenser.
Condenser
Condenser is the second important part of Refrigeration cycle is condenser ,
In Refrigeration cycle the condenser set up after the compressor.Condenser work
is to cool down super-heated refrigerant into liquid form this is done by Condenser.
Condenser cool down by air and water .Refrigerant convert into cool liquid form but
pressure of refrigerant still remain the same.
Refrigerant control
Refrigerant control setup after the Condenser.Refrigerant control work is to control
the flow of liquid refrigerant And send it in evaporator as needed.Refrigerant control
converts high pressure refrigerant into to low pressure refrigerant so that pressure of
liquid refrigerant in evaporator rigid zone so it can absorb heat it in it
Evaporator
Last part of Refrigeration cycle is evaporator evaporation process occurred in evaporator
when liquid refrigerant reaches the evaporator . due to low pressure liquid refrigerant cool down
and vapor of refrigerant entered into the compressor then the pressure compressor again and
send it to the condenser the process is repeated again and again this process is called refrigeration cycle.
